We respect copyright and act quickly on valid notices. BestNetflix doesn't host user uploads. The material most likely to concern a rights holder is a poster or still, which we show only to identify a title. If you own something shown here and want it removed, tell us.

Filing a takedown notice

Email our copyright agent at legal@bestnetflix.com with "DMCA notice" in the subject line. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
The exact URL of the material on BestNetflix you want removed.
Your name, mailing address, phone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Once we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable the material promptly.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you're outside the US, any judicial district where BestNetflix may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they've filed a court action, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.

False claims

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages. If you're unsure, talk to a lawyer before filing.

Repeat infringers

Where it applies, we terminate access for anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
